[English]

Aim: With the expansion of educational technologies, blended learning, as one of the new approaches in education and as a tool for achieving educational justice at the national and global levels, has provided capacities for improving quality and access to equal learning opportunities. In this regard, the present study aims to examine the opportunities, challenges, and solutions of blended learning in order to achieve educational justice.
Methodology: The study was conducted using a narrative-analytical review method.Data were collected through a systematic search of relevant keywords in national and international academic databases. After reviewing over fifty sources, twenty-four key studies were purposefully selected based on criteria such as recency, academic credibility, and direct relevance to the topic. The findings were categorized and analyzed according to the study’s three main research questions—opportunities, challenges, and strategies—and synthesized into a coherent framework for understanding the role of blended learning in achieving educational justice
Results: The study indicated that blended learning, through enhanced quality, flexibility, broad access to resources, and the possibility of personalized instruction, holds significant potential for promoting educational justice. However, challenges such as infrastructure disparities, the digital divide, and the lack of technological competencies among teachers and students hinder its effective implementation.
Conclusions and suggestions: The research results show that strategies such as developing technological infrastructure, empowering teachers and families through technological and educational training and support, paying attention to individual, cultural, and geographical differences, and flexible educational design with the possibility of personalizing the learning process are key components for achieving educational justice in the context of blended learning.
Innovation and originality: By analyzing the opportunities, challenges, and strategies for blended learning, this research contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of it in order to achieve educational equity and makes a new contribution to the evolving literature on this transformative educational justice.
