بررسی تاثیر جهانی شدن بر آینده توسعه آموزش عالی

چکیده

مقدمه: جهانی شدن پدیده ای است که امروزه تمام ارکان جامعه را به سوی یکپارچگی سوق می دهد. از آنجا که آموزش عالی بخش ضروری و سازنده بستر فرهنگی جوامع بوده و از تحولات عمیق جهانی شدن متاثر می‌گردد؛ هدف از این مطالعه، تبیین تاثیر جهانی شدن بر آینده توسعه آموزش عالی می باشد.
روش کار: روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه استان مازندران می باشد و تعداد 322 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که روایی صوری توسط صاحب نظران و پایایی آن در سطح آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 70/0 مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که برازندگی مدل معادلات ساختاری در تبیین تاثیر جهانی شدن آینده توسعه آموزش عالی در ایران پذیرش شده و جهانی شدن بر وضعیت آموزش، روندهای پژوهش، نیازسنجی و آینده توسعه آموزش عالی تاثیر معناداری دارد(t>1.96 , Sig<0.05).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد جهانی شدن بر حوزه های آموزشی و پژوهشی نظام آموزش عالی موثر بوده است. به طوری که فرآیند جهانی شدن، نظام آموزش عالی را با نیازهای جدیدی مواجه نموده و موجب تدوین روندهای آموزشی و پژوهشی نوینی می شود که این امر توسعه جدی آموزش عالی را به دنبال خواهد داشت.

Introduction: Globalization is a phenomenon that today leads all the pillars of society towards integration. Whereas higher education is an essential and constructive part of the cultural context of societies and is affected by the profound changes of globalization; The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of globalization on the future development of higher education.
Methods: The method of this research was descriptive survey. The statistical population includes faculty members of universities in Mazandaran province and 322 people were selected as the sample size using the Cochran's formula and the available non-probability sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, the face validity and reliability of which was confirmed at Cronbach's alpha level above 0.70. Structural equation test was used to analyze the data.
Results: The findings showed that the appropriateness of the structural equation model in explaining the impact of future globalization of higher education development in Iran was accepted and globalization had a significant effect on education status, research trends, needs assessment and future of higher education development (t> 1.96, Sig <0.05).
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that globalization has been effective on the educational and research areas of the higher education system. So that the process of globalization, the higher education system faces new needs and leads to the development of new educational and research processes, which will lead to the serious development of higher education.
