بررسی تاثیر شایستگی‌های مدیران بر استراتژی‌های حل تعارض در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل

چکیده

هدف: محیط­های دانشگاهی دارای ویژگی­های منحصربفردی هستند که ناشی از انتظارات، جو و فرهنگ سازمانی آنها می باشد. فرهنگ بحث و گفتمان، روش اصلی ارتباطی در آموزش عالی است که مستلزم شایستگی­های مختص به خود می­باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر شایستگی­های مدیران دانشگاهی بر استراتژی­های حل تعارض انجام شده است.
روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گرداوری اطلاعات توصیفی- پیمایشی و مقطعی بوده و جامعه آماری در این پژوهش مدیران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل بود. با استفاده از نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای، حجم نمونه آماری تعداد 72 نفر تعیین شد. در جمع­آوری داده­های تحقیق از روش میدانی و پرسشنامه­های استاندارد استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌های گردآوری‌شده از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار  اسمارت پی­ال­اس استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: تجزیه‌و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که میان شایستگی­های منابع انسانی و سبک حل تعارض مدیران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل رابطه معناداری وجود دارد، بگونه ای که بین شایستگی اجتماعی(8/0) و شایستگی مدیریتی(68/0) با سبک همکاری در مدیریت تعارض بیشترین ارتباط وجود داشت.
نتیجه ­گیری و پیشنهادات: یکی از ویژگی‌های مدیران اثربخش توجه به برقراری ارتباطات مبتنی بر اعتماد با کارکنان است. شایستگی ‌های اجتماعی و مدیریتی به مدیران کمک می‌کند تا بهترین استراتژی مناسب مدیریت تعارض را در سازمان بکارگیرند. سبک همکاری راهبـردی مثبـت در حـل تعـارض محسـوب مـی شـود. بـا اسـتفاده از سـبک همـکاری، افـراد در جسـتجوی راه حل‌هایـی هسـتند کـه بـا منافع آنهـا متناسـب است و باعـث حفـظ ارتباطـات مؤثـر می‌شـود.
نوآوری و اصالت: شناسایی و تبیین رابطه شایستگی‌های مدیریتی،اجتماعی و فردی مدیران و استراتژی‌های سه‌گانه همکاری، رقابت و اجتناب در مدیریت تعارض در دانشگاه.

Aim: Academic environments have unique characteristics that result from their expectations, climate, and organizational culture. Discussion culture is the main method of communication in higher education that requires its competencies. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of university administrators' competencies on conflict resolution strategies at Babol University of Medical Sciences.
Methodology: This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey and cross-sectional in terms of the data collection method. The statistical population in this study was administrators of Babol University of Medical Sciences. by stratified random sampling, the statistical sample size was 72 people. The Feld method and questionnaire tool were used to collect research data. The structural equation method and Smart PLS software were used to analyze the collected data.
Finding: Data analysis showed there is a significant relationship between managers' competencies and the conflict resolution style of managers at Babol University of Medical Sciences. There was the highest relationship between social competence (0.8)  and managerial competence (0.68)  with the style of collaboration in conflict management.
Conclution: One of the characteristics of effective managers is to pay attention to establishing trust-based communication with employees. Social and managerial competencies help managers to use the best appropriate conflict management strategy in the organization. The collaboration style is a positive strategy in conflict resolution. By using the collaboration style, people are looking for solutions that are consistent with their interests and will preserve effective relationships.
Innovation and originality: Identifying and explaining the relationship between managers' managerial, social, and individual competencies and the three strategies of collaboration, competition, and avoidance in conflict management at university.
