کاربرد اقدام پژوهی در نظام آموزش عالی ( مطالعه موردی طرح دولت دانشجویی دانشگاه امام صادق(ع))

چکیده

هدف: اصلی نگارندگان در این مقاله بررسی چگونگی پرورش نیروی خبره و توانمند در نظام آموزش عالی در راستای حل مسائل و معضلات کشور و یافتن راهکارهایی در این رابطه است. به منظور بهینه‌سازی عملکرد دانشگاه‌ها در روند توسعه علمی/ فرهنگی و پرورش افرادی خلاق و ارزش آفرین، مرکز نوآوری و کارآفرینی اجتماعی د‌انشگاه امام صادق علیه‌السلام، برای تحقق این هدف مهم یعنی حمایت از شناخت مشکلات و ارائه راهکارهای نوآورانه و کارآفرینانه برای حل مسائل کشور، تلاش کرده است تا بهترین شرایط، امکانات و زمینه انتقال دانش جهانی را برای دانشجویان در جهت صیانت از نخبگان و ایده‌های آنان فراهم سازد و با برپایی «دولت دانشجویی»، مدل آموزشی (کار و تجربه) طراحی کند تا با استفاده از ظرفیت‎های نهاد دانشگاه و فارغ از دسته‎بندی‎های معمول سیاسی، نظام آموزش عالی در حل مسائل و معضلات موجود در جامعه مشارکت کرده و تربیت نیروی انسانی کارآمد و خبره را بر عهده بگیرد.
روش‌شناسی: از این رو در این مقاله روش اقدام پژوهی مشارکتی، برای بیان گام‌های اصلی این طرح انتخاب شده است.
یافته‌ها: بر این اساس مهم‌ترین یافته‌های کلیدی این مقاله، این است که شکل‌گیری دولت دانشجویی منجر به ارتقای توانمندی‌های شغلی و حرفه‌ای دانشجویان و دانش آموختگان می‌شود.
نتیجه‌گیری و پیشنهادات: از طریق همکاری با دستگاه‌های اجرایی، تقویت بنیه انسانی و مادی دانشگاه‌ها بر محور جنبه‌های عملی، برگزاری دوره‌های شبیه‌سازی شده مدیریتی و اجرایی، آماده‌سازی در روند اجرایی و مدیریتی شکل می‌گیرد.
نوآوری و اصالت: مهم‌ترین نوآوری این مقاله ارائه راهکارهای توانمندسازی نیروهای جوان برای ورود.....

چکیده [English]

The institution of the university in a community is the driving force behind the students' behavioral ethics and the spread of elitism and sophistication among them. The university can prove its work by nurturing a skilled and capable force. Of course, with the review of the process of higher education this is not very satisfactory. Therefore, in order to optimize the performance of higher education in the process of scientific / cultural development and nurture the creative and creative value of the Center for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship of Imam Sadegh University, to support this important goal is to support efforts to identify problems and provide innovative solutions. Entrepreneurial and problem solving, it strived to provide the best conditions, facilities and opportunities for the transfer of global knowledge to our country's youth to protect the elites and ideas of Iranian youth. Therefore, with the establishment of a student government based on an educational model (work and experience) designed to empower participants in this project, utilizing the capacity of the university institution and devoid of the usual political categories. The steps of this plan are outlined in this article, using the action research method.
