Designing a Conceptual Model of a Comprehensive Entrepreneurship Education System: Dimensions, Elements and Components

Abstract

The present study was conducted to design a model of entrepreneurial education system based on the elements of the education system. The research method is qualitative and based on Grounded theory. The statistical population of the study was experts in the field of management and educational and curriculum planning, psychology, entrepreneurship education, which was performed using Purposeful sampling with eighteen of them in a saturated interview. The data collection tool was a semi-organized interview in which the Strauss-Corbyn inductive approach was used to understand the meanings and themes contained in it.In this study, six elements of the educational system including educational process, curriculum, learning process, educational policies, teacher and student were examined and tried to form the components of each of these elements in order to form Identify the entrepreneurial education system. Based on the research findings, the most important components of the education process element (interactions and dynamics), curriculum element (standardization of curriculum and maturity of curriculum), learning element (multidimensional learning and continuous learning), policy element (needs assessment) And quality assurance), the element of teacher (teacher as curriculum and teacher as active executor) and student element (expertise, personal development, risk-taking and self-esteem).
