The Department of Educational Sciences of Mazandaran University, in line with efforts to create suitable fields of knowledge production in the field of higher education, dissemination of scientific research of higher education at the national and international level, cooperation with educational and research executive bodies, and analysis of planning issues in order to reduce the void of studies in the field of educational planning, publishes a quarterly magazine entitled Studies of Educational Planning (scientific-research approach) with permission (No. 179855 dated 9/14/2013) from the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology and the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. This quarterly is a university publication that intends to publish theoretical and experimental research on educational planning issues.
